Complete and return the printable application form to RSEA. Please include your check made
payable to RSEA or make payment through a dues deduction from your ERS payment Retired applicants
or members who would like the convenience of having their annual RSEA dues deducted from their check
or direct deposit can contact ERS. You can authorize ERS by going to their website and logging on to
your personal ERS Account which requires your PIN. Or, you can click right here on AUTHORIZATION FOR MEMBERSHIP DUES DEDUCTION, to print the form and complete it. ERS will deduct the dues from your check
per your authorization.
Be sure and fill out the Dues Deduction form completely
and mail directly to:
