Diane Shepard Hill brings over twenty-eight years of experience in State government through her work with Texas Department of Public Safety, Legislative Budget Board, Department of Insurance, and Department of Health and Human Service. She brings a wealth of experience in project management, operations, change management, database management, customer service, and leadership.
In addition, Diane is involved with numerous non-profits and a supporter of RSEA. She is excited to use her experience and skills to further support the mission and vision of RSEA.
