For the first time since 2019, we are pleased to announce that our annual membership meeting will be held in person this year.
Of course, there will be a virtual accommodation by which members who are not able to attend in person may participate remotely. And, yes, the traditional barbeque lunch will return!
Please note the theme of this year's conference will be “Public Service 24/7 – Year-In and Year-Out.”
This theme is part of our continuing message to remind all Texas that public service is an ongoing event, that it has continuing responsibilities and expectations, and it can be relied upon, day-in-and-day-out, throughout all kinds of circumstances, good and bad. We also want to impart the idea that public service should not be taken for granted, that it is a human event, and that real people are engaged in virtually, every transaction. Please join us in September, it’s not far away, and we’ll also give you the latest on our legislative activities.
